Ardian Isufi

Ardian Isufi was born on August 7, 1984, in Prishtina. He is a university lecturer and an information technology professional with extensive experience in academic, local, and international environments. He completed his primary education in his hometown, while his secondary education was partially pursued abroad, allowing him to benefit from a multicultural environment and high-quality education from an early age. This experience paved the way for a comprehensive and international formation that would later shape his academic and professional journey.

He completed his undergraduate studies in Computer Science in Prishtina. To further advance his career and deepen his knowledge in computer systems engineering, Ardian pursued a Master’s degree at Politecnico di Milano, one of the top 20 universities in the world in engineering and technology. In this program, he focused on advanced areas, gaining an integrated approach that combined technological practice with the strategic management of complex systems.

Currently, Ardian Isufi is a PhD candidate in Computer Science at South East European University in Tetovo, where he is conducting advanced research on risk management in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the ICT sector in Kosovo and North Macedonia. His dissertation aims to help identify and mitigate project management risks in the private sector through modern data analysis techniques.

As a lecturer at AAB College in Prishtina, Mr. Isufi is involved in teaching various subjects, including programming and data science, implementing an inclusive approach to lecturing, active learning methods, and the integration of real-world case studies from practice.

Ardian Isufi has built a rich and diverse professional career in information technology, higher education, and entrepreneurship, contributing to national and international projects for more than 15 years. His experience spans work in public and private sectors, international organizations, academic institutions, and technology companies with global presence.

In his managerial and technical roles, he has been involved in developing and implementing information systems, managing technology projects, building operational strategies, and overseeing digital transformation within various organizations. As part of interdisciplinary teams, Ardian has coordinated complex activities related to software development, quality assurance, staff training, and improving internal organizational processes.

He has actively participated in international missions and organizations such as EULEX, UNOPS, and GIZ – Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH, where he covered areas ranging from the development of specialized applications to technical support for institutional structures. His broad experience has helped him develop a sustainable, results-oriented approach, with a special focus on operational efficiency and technological innovation.

Beyond his involvement in technology, Ardian has contributed to entrepreneurship and business development, engaging in the creation and management of innovative solutions for both local and international markets. He has collaborated with tech companies in Europe and the U.S., particularly on projects related to ICT startups, risk management, and cloud infrastructure.

In the academic sphere, in addition to his role as a university lecturer, he has delivered training and presentations at professional forums and scientific conferences, both locally and internationally (Europe and the U.S.), sharing his knowledge in project management, modern IT technologies, and recent trends in digitalization. His international experience and ability to operate in diverse cultural and institutional environments are key assets he brings to every professional engagement.

Besides his professional and academic engagements, he has actively contributed to community life as a Member and Vice Chair of the Board of ‘Model’ School in Prishtina, where he served a term as a parent representative. In this role, he helped foster dialogue between parents and educational staff, supported the organization of educational and cultural activities for students, and contributed to the improvement of school infrastructure.

His engagement goes beyond formal duties, as he actively participates in voluntary initiatives supporting quality education, technology promotion in schools, and digital education awareness in the local community. Mr. Isufi is known for his willingness to offer technical and managerial expertise in projects aimed at the well-being of children and the improvement of teaching conditions (various school-related projects). He remains committed to the values of civic cooperation and the sustainable development of local communities.

Ardian is a professional and researcher in the field of information technology, with broad experience in academic, institutional, and international environments. He combines technical expertise with managerial and pedagogical skills, contributing to the development of education, innovation, and entrepreneurship. With strong international training and continued community involvement, he remains committed to quality education and sustainable development.

He is married and the father of three children.
