Today, as part of the International Staff Week, the professor from Koç Gülfer Göze University in Turkey delivered a lecture to the students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages.

The topic of the lecture was “Academic vs non-academic writing”, where it was discussed on English language in the social context and the academic context.

In addition to the lecture, the students also had several exercises in which they participated that were related to the academic language, while they also had the opportunity to work as a group to give each their ideas and commitment.
