At AAB College, a discussion roundtable is held with representatives of the Specialized Chambers of Kosovo

The staff and students of AAB College have participated in the roundtable discussion with the representatives of the Specialized Chambers of Kosovo.

Invited to this table were: Coordinator of the Office for Information from the Specialized Chambers of Kosovo Michael Doyle and assistant in the Office for Information from the Specialized Chambers of Kosovo Ana Profozic, Ombudsman Paul Landers, Amer Alija director of the FDH, Besnik Begaj and Nisa Ferati, representative of FDH.

The vice-rector of AAB College, Venera Llunji, welcomed the guests who discussed numerous topics starting from the function of the Specialized Chambers of Kosovo, their competences, the processes that are carried out, the challenges they face, etc.

The chronology of some cases including trials against former political leaders of Kosovo were also shared for those present.

Another important topic was the participation of the victims in the judicial processes that take place in The Hague, providing details about the verification process that they go through.

At the end of the discussions, the students had many questions addressed to the guests, related to the professional side of these institutions.
