For two days in a row, the advanced training “Planning and project management” was held at AAB College, organized by the Projects Office and the Center for Professional Training and Innovation.

During this training, the director of the Projects Office, Ilirjana Geci, together with the attendees, discussed various topics, while through group work, their practical part was also conducted.

These topics included numerous issues that are related to the training module such as: Harmonizing the purpose of projects with institutional, local, national and international strategic priorities; Researching and analyzing opportunities for financial support and selecting relevant calls for applications; Involvement of shareholders and creation of partnerships; Use of LFM (Logical Framework Matrix) for clarification of the project structure; Defining work packages and detailing the plan of project activities etc.
