In a program that combined art and gratitude for all those who contributed to freedom and independence, AAB College organized a special welcome ceremony for the 17th anniversary of Kosovo’s Independence. Ambassadors of friendly countries such as Albania, Montenegro, France, Japan and Bulgaria, ministers and partners of AAB College filled the AAB “Faruk Begolli” Theater, while performances, poetry recitations, dancing, musical acts and other various interpretations by professors and students followed.

The Rector of AAB College, Blerim Olluri, in his welcoming speech, welcomed the attendees, while speaking about the importance of this day and the future of Kosovo.

“Today, on this special day, we respectfully and humbly remember every suffering and sacrifice of our people, of our KLA fighters, and even those who suffered in the infamous prisons of Yugoslavia because they loved freedom. Kosovo today is a country of freedom, opportunity and hope for all its citizens. Today, we look forward with optimism, strengthening the foundations of democracy and justice every day, committing ourselves to development and prosperity for all”, said Olluri, among other things.

This organization was a testament to the continued commitment of AAB College to remember the value of freedom for future generations, not forgetting the sacrifices of the people in the past and to celebrate the present with dignity.
