As part of the online discussions being organized by AAB College, issues related to the latest economic developments in the country and across the globe were discussed this time. The topic of this discussion was the moratorium on payments and financial liabilities as well as government support for avoiding losses from the situation created with Covid-19.

Invited in this discussion were the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Prof. Dr. Shaip Bytyqi and Professor of Economics at AAB College, Prof. Dr. Remzi Smajli.

The students were active throughout the discussion with their questions and comments to the panelists.

According to economic experts, the consequences of the situation created by the COVID-19 virus are serious and require urgent measures to be taken by government institutions. According to them, the government should take care not only of the public but also of the private sector by creating a solution for the workers in this sector and the losses that enterprises of all levels may have.
