Students of the Faculty of Economics at the Master’s level, under the leadership of Professor Fëllënza Pula, conducted a practical workshop on the topic of “Supply Chain Management”, where several case studies were addressed that presented different supply chain management processes.

During this workshop, the students were divided into four groups and presented their papers, showing exceptional skills in dealing with different topics of supply chain management.

The papers presented by the groups aimed to illustrate how different processes – from the production of food products to public procurement and the production of construction materials – can be managed through an effective and sustainable supply chain.
