Fatos Turkaj, represents another successful journey of students from AAB College, immediately after
graduation thanks to the numerous opportunities in the labor market due to the preparations and skills
they display. The diploma from AAB College, recognized as equivalent in Switzerland and Norway,
opened new professional and international doors for him.
Currently, he holds two very important positions in the public and private sectors: Senior Market Officer
at the Kosovo Railways Regulatory Authority and Human Resources Manager at the design company FST
Engineering.
Alongside these engagements, he is the founder and director of the AlphaQPlus platform, which offers specialized training in leadership, conflict management, capacity development, and effective communication.
With a special passion for professional development, Fatos has participated in over 20 national and international scientific conferences, contributing presentations in the fields of economics and management.
