Participation in the international training
Erëza Mehmeti, Project Officer at AAB College, participated in the international “Train the Trainers” program at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki, Finland, focused on using the HEInnovate self-assessment tool.
Purpose of the HEInnovate tool
The tool works through a self-assessment process, enabling higher education institutions to identify their strengths and challenges in innovation, entrepreneurship, and institutional development.
International participants
Representatives from universities and higher education institutions from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Czechia, Latvia, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Albania, Ukraine, Lithuania, Turkey, Ireland, Greece, Kosovo, Sweden, Georgia, the Netherlands, Norway/Luxembourg, and Poland attended the training.
Implementing HEInnovate at AAB College
At AAB College, follow-up training sessions will be held for academic and administrative staff to implement HEInnovate as a powerful tool for innovation, entrepreneurship, and institutional development.
