Within the framework of the course “Business Law – Commerce”, under the guidance of Prof. Ass. Dr. Albana Pasjaqa, students of the Faculty of Law of AAB College have successfully conducted a mock trial, turning the lecture hall into a real courtroom.
Purpose of the mock trial
This learning activity aimed to combine theory with practice, to help students understand more deeply the functioning of judicial procedures in the field of business law. Through different roles, such as judges, prosecutors, lawyers and parties to the process, students had the opportunity to experience the dynamics of a court session up close, applying the knowledge gained during lectures and exercises.
