A three-day workshop was held as part of the project “Designing the Joint Master’s Program in Forensic Sciences (FSE-JM),” led by AAB College in partnership with Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU) from Germany and the University of Southeast Europe (UEJL) from North Macedonia. The project is financially supported by the European Union’s Erasmus+ program.

During the workshop, project teams from the three partner universities worked intensively on developing the joint Master’s program in Forensic Sciences. This program will serve students from these institutions as well as others at the regional and international level, offering an advanced and interdisciplinary approach to forensic sciences.

AAB College Rector Blerim Olluri welcomed the partners from Germany and North Macedonia, emphasizing the importance of international cooperation in enhancing the quality of higher education and expressing the institution’s commitment to further collaborations.

The joint Master’s program provides numerous benefits for students, enabling them to acquire the knowledge and practical skills necessary to contribute to justice, security, and the rule of law.

The project promotes intercultural collaboration, sustainable professional development, and the strengthening of democratic institutions in the participating countries. It also helps build capacities to address complex forensic issues that directly impact the protection of human rights and the integrity of judicial processes.
