As part of World AIDS Day, the Faculty of Health Sciences at AAB College organized an informative lecture under the theme “Overcoming Challenges, Transforming the AIDS Response.”
The lecture was delivered by Professor Izet Sadiku and aimed to raise awareness, strengthen health education, and promote prevention among young people.
Key topics addressed during the session included: modes of HIV/AIDS transmission; contemporary prevention strategies; the importance of early testing; HIV/AIDS treatment; stigma; the role of youth in awareness promotion; sexual education, and more.
Students actively engaged with questions and discussions, emphasizing the value of such lectures as a source of information.
