AAB COLLEGE PROJECTS OFFICE ORGANIZES WORKSHOP ON PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

21 January 2026

The Projects Office at AAB College successfully organized a project development workshop, led by Ilirjana Geci, with a focus on practical work on key components of project proposals under the Erasmus+ CBHE and Jean Monnet programs.

The workshop was attended by 19 participants, primarily professors and academic staff members, who actively engaged in structured, hands-on sessions focused on drafting critical elements of project applications. This included developing the project rationale in alignment with Erasmus+ priorities, formulating the overall objectives and specific goals, designing work packages and activities, and selecting partners and assigning responsibilities.

A central feature of the workshop was intensive group work, where participants were organized into three working groups to develop three concrete project proposals. Each group contributed to drafting their respective sections of the application, defining objectives, work package structures, key activities, and the distribution of roles among potential partners, in accordance with evaluation criteria and expectations of European programs.

The workshop was characterized by a collaborative, results-oriented approach, allowing participants to exchange experiences and practical ideas, treating the application process as a hands-on professional exercise rather than a theoretical task.Activities of this nature directly contribute to producing high-quality project applications, strengthening collaboration among academic staff, and increasing the institution’s participation in European education and research programs.
