Mahmut Aran, a student from Esenyurt University in Istanbul, Turkey, completed a three-month internship at AAB College through the Erasmus program. During this period, under the mentorship of Prof. Engin Melekoğlu, he developed a project similar to the ChatGPT artificial intelligence application.
As part of the project, PDF documents collected in a folder were analyzed by artificial intelligence with the goal of generating new ideas from these documents. The project was successfully completed and served to test the AI’s capabilities in information retrieval and content generation.
Prof. Engin Melekoğlu emphasized that expanding this project and adapting it to different fields could significantly facilitate information access and decision-making processes across various sectors.
According to Prof. Melekoğlu, this is just one example of the collaboration between the Faculty of Computer Science and institutions outside Kosovo.
