In Vejle, Denmark, the Training of Trainers (ToT) activity was held within the framework of the WB-Edu4Migration project, funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Commission, where AAB College represented by the Project Coordinator Prof. Ardian Sallauka and Professor of the Faculty of Social Sciences Prof. Jeton Brajshori participated as the main coordinator of the project.

Purpose of the training

This training aimed to strengthen the pedagogical skills of academic staff and social work professionals working with migrants and refugees, by offering new teaching methods for their integration into society.

Training content and methodologies

During the three days of the training, project partners engaged in interactive sessions on Problem-Based Learning, Socratic questions and debates, as well as scenario-based didactics, under the guidance of UCL University College experts.
