organized by the European University Association (EUA), brings together around 300 higher
education experts from more than 140 universities and institutions across 42 countries.

This year’s forum focuses on the theme “Impactful Staff Development for Educational
Transformation,” emphasizing professional development as a strategic driver of innovation and
systemic improvement in higher education. Discussions address key challenges shaping the
future of universities, including artificial intelligence, demographic changes, and evolving labor
market demands.

The event serves as a platform for sharing best practices, strengthening institutional capacities,
and promoting innovative approaches to teaching and learning. Participation in this high-level
European forum reflects AAB College’s continued commitment to academic excellence,
internationalization, and alignment with European higher education standards.
Through active engagement with academic leaders, researchers, and policymakers from across
Europe and beyond, AAB College further strengthens its international partnerships and
