In the framework of the cooperation between the Faculty of Law of AAB College with USAID for the implementation of the project “Commercial Justice”, yesterday, the simulation of two cases in civil and criminal terms, according to the mediation procedure as an alternative method and out-of-court dispute resolution by law were finalized. Following this simulation activity, representatives of the Commercial Justice program, professors, and students were present.

The students who performed the mediation procedure showed excellent performance and were provided with certificates from USAID and AAB College.
