AAB College has officially launched the implementation of the KO-in-EU – Kosovo in the European Union project (Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence) by organizing its kick-off meeting. This meeting served as an important starting point to introduce the project, its approach, and the steps to be taken during the implementation period.
During the presentation, the objectives, structure, and methodology of the project were outlined, helping participants understand their respective roles and responsibilities. Timelines, budget, and methods of communication and coordination to be used by the involved teams were also discussed, and annex contracts for staff were presented for signing.
The meeting provided a suitable space to align expectations and build a common working approach, aiming at the successful achievement of the project’s objectives. Staff participation and engagement contributed to establishing a solid foundation of collaboration for the next phases.
