In the Chamber Theater of AAB College, the book “Bretton Woods Institutions and Albania” with academic author Anastas Angjeli was promoted.
This ceremony was attended by well-known figures such as the Ambassador of Albania to Kosovo H.E Petrit Malaj, former Prime Minister of Kosovo Isa Mustafa, academician Lulzim Tafa, politicians Hajredin Kuqi, Arsim Bajrami, rector of AAB College Blerim Olluri, professors Nikollaq Pano, Adrian Civici, Ilir Hebovija and others present prominent from the field of economy.
Vice-rector Venera Llunji, who moderated this ceremony, welcomed the attendees while saying that this promotion will also serve as a forum enriched with ideas and discussions.
Academician and professor Lulzim Tafa, in his speech of the occasion, said that AAB College is the most suitable place to promote a book, having as an audience students of the field of economics together with professors. He then shared his impressions of the book with those present and appreciated its importance in the field of economics, but also beyond it.
The former prime minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, also congratulated the author and his contribution, who expressed gratitude and honors for this next work that has a special role in the economy. He said that the book is an incredibly important work for everyone, which addresses important issues for the first time.
The Ambassador of Albania to Kosovo, His Excellency Petrit Malaj, described the promotion of the book as a special event since its content is also different, where the elites of people who have contributed to the development of our society, in Albania and Kosovo, are represented.
Professors from Albania Nikollaq Pano, Adrian Civici, Ilir Hebovija shared the same thoughts as their predecessors and congratulated the author Angjeli for this extensive content and in the interest of readers.
The author of the academic book Anastas Angjeli also spoke at this ceremony, while thanking all those present for this organization.
“It is an honor and a pleasure that in the organization of AAB College I am present today together with my colleagues, to present this book. Speaking in front of such an audience is not easy because everyone is a book author and knows how difficult it is to prepare a book”, said Angjeli, among other things.
He also mentioned his experiences and the impact they had on the publication of this book, along with observing the economic situation, the finances of states, the global economy, the International Monetary Fund, etc.
In the end, Angjeli said that he expects the book to be appreciated by the readers and to convey the messages that are intended in society.
