A Short Journey into the World of Emotions

10 September 2025

As part of the 25th Anniversary of AAB College, the Faculty of Psychology continues to organize meaningful activities that promote mental health and psychological well-being. Today, second-grade pupils from the British School of Kosovo participated in an interactive activity dedicated to the recognition and expression of emotions.

The session was led by Acting-Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Arlinda Gashi, together with psychology student, Lirza Mehmeti. In a warm and supportive atmosphere, the children had the opportunity to openly discuss their daily emotions, explore ways to improve their well-being in different situations, and understand how to support others when facing emotional challenges.

This activity turned into a valuable educational and interactive experience, helping the pupils to better understand not only their own emotions but also the importance of care, empathy, and emotional support for others.

On the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of AAB College, the Faculty of Psychology is implementing a series of initiatives to raise mental health awareness among children and youth, demonstrating the institution’s long-term commitment not only to academic excellence but also to social responsibility and community well-being. For more than two decades, AAB College has become a leading reference point for quality education in Kosovo, making a lasting impact on knowledge development and the creation of a more conscious, healthier, and responsible society.
