Prishtina, September 2025 – AAB College hosted a high-level delegation from the Ministry of Regional Cooperation of Israel, led by Ambassador of Israel to Kosovo, H.E. Mrs. Tamar Ziv, marking a significant step in strengthening academic collaboration, international partnerships, and higher education cooperation between Israel and Kosovo.
The delegation included Mr. Gilad Shadmon, Director General of the Ministry, Ms. Shelly Peretz, Executive Assistant to the Director General, and their legal expert. Discussions highlighted the strategic role of education, research, and academia as central tools for promoting regional development, innovation, and leadership.
Director General Shadmon emphasized the Ministry’s vision, positioning higher education institutions as key partners in international cooperation, academic excellence, and the development of future regional leaders. The meeting recognized Kosovo as a strategic partner and highlighted AAB College as a leading institution in the region.
The AAB College leadership was represented by Rector Prof. Dr. Blerim Olluri and Vice Rectors Prof. Ass. Dr. Venera Llunji and Prof. Ass. Dr. Ilir Bytyçi, together with the Head of the Project Development Office, academic staff of Computer Sciences, and IT specialists.
This collaboration meeting reinforced a shared commitment to academic innovation, digital transformation, research excellence, and international networking. It lays the foundation for future joint projects in education, technology, and research, positioning AAB College as a key partner for global academic initiatives and regional development programs.
