A group of students from the Faculty of Computer Science at AAB College have successfully completed a project titled “Information Session on Cybersecurity”, mentored by Professor Ersan Hamdiu and funded by AAB College.

This project aimed to raise awareness among high school students about the risks and protection in the digital space.

During this project, the group visited several high schools in Fushë Kosovë, Suhareka, Lipjan, Drenas and Ulcinj, where informative presentations were held for students.

Through lectures and a practical video, students were introduced to basic cybersecurity concepts, such as secure passwords, protection from phishing, the importance of online privacy and the risks of social networks.

Through this activity, a great interest was noted on the part of the students and a clear need for further education in this field. The project was positively evaluated by students and school staff, proving the importance of these educational initiatives in society.
