The international cooperation that AAB College has had over the years with prestigious institutions is of
crucial importance for students and academic staff. Many professors have been invited to deliver
lectures and present at various scientific symposia. Thanks to this networking, Dr. Aida Alla, dean of the
Faculty of English Language, was invited as a guest speaker on the topic “Linguistic peculiarities of the
Albanian persuasive language: case of Kosovo”, at the International Conference with the main theme of
multiculturalism, organized by Western Galilee College, Israel. Presentation of prof. Alla was concerned
with the linguistic features of Albanian in persuasive texts, with a special focus on slogans. Among other
things, she stated that this was only the first activity with this college and that other joint activities for
the well-being of students are already being discussed.
