Today at the Kamertal Theater of the AAB College, the book “Teachers’ competences for the identification and development of talent in music”, authored by the professor of the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Arts Elizabeta Qarri, was promoted.
Vice Chancellor for International Relations and Cooperation Venera Llunji, spoke in the role of the editor of this book, first of all evaluating the promotion of the book at AAB College as a very important event, while she congratulated Professor Qarri for her contribution and bringing such an important work. for the field of education in general.
The reviewer of the book, professor Valton Beqiri, expressed his honor to be in the AAB College environment in front of the students, while adding that the book is of great importance in the field of education and the elements inside are reflected in detail by the author. He said that musical education has a special place in the development and identification of talents in children from an early age.
Academician Vasil S. Tole, in his book review, spoke about the triangle at the center of this study by professor Qarri, which is musical education and the student. Among other things, he mentioned the questionnaires intended for teachers and students that are found at the end of the book.
AAB College Professor Xhavit Rexhaj, as a panelist in this organization, brought another perspective of the book description based on the author’s suggestions, such as identifying effective models, adapting curricula to reality, strategies for students, encouraging collaboration with students, encouraging students to think and self-evaluate their activities, etc.
