With the motto “We can end TB: Commitment, investment, surrender, is a bold call for hope, urgency and accountability”, an informative lecture was held with the students of the Faculty of Health Sciences.

The guest speaker for this lecture was pulmonologist Dr. Besim Morina, who emphasized the importance of treating this disease on World Tuberculosis Day.

During the lecture, Mr. Morina spoke about the spread of this disease, risk factors, testing, treatment and its elimination.

He also shared advice for students on how to recognize the symptoms of tuberculosis and the steps to take to protect themselves.
