Studying at AAB College was the ideal experience for student Kaltrina Haskaj to combine theoretical knowledge with the development of practical skills.

After graduating from the Faculty of Social Sciences, she managed to build a solid path for her career.

Her journey began with experience at a center for children of various age groups, followed by her role as a social worker in the Municipality of Istog, and later an extensive period working in a microfinance institution, where she gained in-depth knowledge in the financial sector and client management.

These experiences have helped her create a strong foundation for the road to success, with the motivation to continue contributing in the field she has chosen.
