Within the course “Media Law”, students of the Faculty of Law led by teacher Flutura Kusari, visited the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.

The topic of discussion during this visit was the way of organizing this Court, the procedures for the election of judges, the procedures related to the treatment and selection of requests for constitutional review at this court, the transparency of the court in handling cases and their commentary.

The students asked questions about the nature of the complaints filed with this court and especially about the transparency of the court and its relationship with the media.
