This week, the first informational and needs-assessment activity was held with the staff of AAB College, bringing together employees from various offices and institutional units.
This meeting marks the beginning of a series of activities implemented within the framework of a project carried out by the Kosovo Rehabilitation Centre for Torture Victims (KRCT), with the support of the AMNA organization, in cooperation with the Faculty of Psychology.
The session, facilitated by Vjollca Pllana (KRCT), initiated important discussions on psychological well-being and the creation of safer, more inclusive, and more supportive university environments for both staff and students.
The project aims to contribute to sustainable institutional development by promoting well-being, safety, trust, and a sense of belonging within the academic community.
