As part of the module “Supply chain management” of the Marketing and Business Management program, master level students had the opportunity to be a part of a discussion with guest speaker Mr. Ramiz Kelmendi, owner of the company Elkos Group – ETC.

In this meeting with the students, the well-known businessman spoke about the challenges of running a business, the manufacturing in Kosovo, the advantages and disadvantages of leadership, the transition of management from the traditional way to the digital one from 1989 to 2021.

Also, one of the inevitable topics in this conversation was the Covid-19 pandemic and the challenges of Kosovar companies in managing the supply chain during the pandemic.

During this interactive discussion, Mr. Kelmendi talked about many challenges, problems and experiences that we have had over the years and during the pandemic with transportation, supplies, orders, and sales.
