Kushtrim began his professional education at the “Luciano Motroni” Medical High School in Prizren, where he graduated as a nursing technician in 2007.

He continued his higher education at the Faculty of Medicine – University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, where he completed:

  • Bachelor studies in Nursing (2010–2013)
  • Scientific Master’s studies in Health Care Education (2017–2019)

Since 2021, he has been enrolled in doctoral studies and has earned a PhD at the Medical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, in the Department of Health Care.

Professional Experience

Since 2017, he has been working as a nurse at the Mental Health Center in Prishtina, focusing on mental health, clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and psycho-social support for patients.

Since 2019, he has served as an assistant at AAB College in the Nursing programme, where he is involved in teaching and mentoring students in clinical practice, professional ethics, and health education.

He has participated in scientific conferences both domestically and internationally, where he has presented research and contributed to professional discussions in the field of healthcare and nursing.

Study Visits, Cultural Activities, and Media Appearances

During his doctoral studies, he has undertaken academic visits at the Medical University of Sofia. Additionally, he has participated in television interviews on Kosovo media, addressing topics related to the professional development of nurses and the importance of mental health within the healthcare system.
