The scientific research “The role of human factors in cyber defense and proposing effective programs for employees” has been published, as a result of the cooperation between the professor of the Faculty of Computer Sciences Ersan Hamdiu and three students from this faculty. The students are: Elona Mema, Matilda Duraj and Arlinda Sallahaj from the third year in the Cyber Security program. Sophia 6th International Conference on multidisciplinary scientific studies”. The work was carried out within the “Project” course led by Professor Ersan Hamdiu, who analyzes the role of the human factor in cyber security in general.

It also addresses ways in which we can protect ourselves and our community against various cyberattacks that prove to be very damaging.
