Representatives from the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports as well as from the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade delivered a lecture for the students of AAB College. The topic of this lecture was “Intellectual property rights”, while Isa Dukaj – Head of the Agency for Industrial Property, Sadije Topojani – Leader of the Sector for Intellectual Property at the Customs of Kosovo, Zjarrta Osmani from the Office for Intellectual Property were invited to the panel.

The guests showed in detail how to apply for a trademark, how to approach copyright, when property rights are violated, along with the great importance they have for students who have their own ideas, or want to bring something innovative.

The students coming from different faculties of AAB College had questions for the guests regarding patenting or the ways of working of property rights, as well as the steps that should be taken into account in the future when they want to become part of the market with the brand of their own, or with ideas implemented in practice.
