Today, the sixth edition of the International Conference on Data Science and Applications opened at AAB College, organized by Yalova University in Turkey, which will be held until September 6, 2024.

In its opening, the rector of AAB College, Blerim Olluri, thanked all those present who informed them in more detail about the institution and the importance of such conferences.

“It is a special pleasure for me to welcome you today to this conference titled “ICONDATA”, which has brought together several Turkish universities and AAB College as hosts in this collaboration for scientific research. Research, networking and collaborations in the field of knowledge and science are the top activities of a university and at the same time the most demanding, but also the most qualitative activities for an educational institution. Therefore, AAB College attaches special importance and dedication to these commitments”, said Olluri.

The chairman of the conference Prof. Dr. Murat Gök from Yalova University, expressed thanks and gratitude to AAB College for the space it has dedicated for holding this organization. He said that given the rapid daily technological development, the need to have gatherings, meetings and conferences of this kind by universities increases. The entire conference has been organized by the contribution and tireless work of Engin Melekoglu, professor at the Faculty of Computer Science, as well as learning coordinator.

The conference is supported by Isparta University of Applied Sciences, Istanbul Esenyurt University, Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University and Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, whose rectors and representatives participated virtually in the event.
