Students from the third year of the Marketing and Business Administration program at the Faculty of Economics have organized a workshop with Professor Fëllenza Pula on human resource management.

During this workshop, two main topics were discussed: Management of relations at work and the organization of human resources.

These topics mentioned the importance of effective communication, building a positive organizational culture and resolving conflicts in the workplace.

Focus was also placed on the planning, recruitment, and professional development of staff to increase efficiency and meet the organization’s objectives.
