The Faculty of Mass Communication has organized a panel discussion with professionals and journalists to mark World Press Freedom Day on May 3.

Invited to this panel, which was led by the Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication Gazmend Abrashi, were: Hasan Saliu, professor of journalism, Ardiana Thaçi Mehmeti, investigative journalist, and Nora Gjuzi, journalist.

The panelists emphasized the importance of the press in society, the steps they take to inform the public, the difficulties, challenges, and the current state of press freedom worldwide.

Journalism students contributed their questions and discussions to this activity.
