As part of the Public Services and Human Resources Management course, third-year students of the Faculty of Public Administration had the opportunity to experience the process of a job interview closely, through a practical simulation organized in collaboration with professor Vrullim Buja and assistant Blinera Veliu.

During the lectures, the students prepared a detailed competition with specific requirements for the job positions and determined the deadline for the application. They participated as interviewed candidates and as an interview panel on the day set for the interview, taking on the roles of HR professionals and managers.

During the interview, the students demonstrated their preparation, communication and professional assessment skills, benefiting from a direct experience of the employment selection process.

This activity served as a platform for developing students’ practical skills, connecting theory with practice and equipping them with competencies needed for the labor market.
