The fifth edition of the “Prishtina Arts and Architecture Festival” 2024 (PAAF) has opened, at the Faculty of Arts of AAB College.

This festival, which aims to promote the work and talents of students from the Faculty of Arts, this year also aims to bring their creativity to the fore for all visitors.

The Rector of AAB College Blerim Olluri, at the opening ceremony, congratulated the students, the academic staff, wishing them good work and success. He said that this festival is a good opportunity to honor the work of students, as creators and artists.

“At the same time, this festival gives us the opportunity to be exposed to the diversity of different cultures and values that appear through art, architecture, music and fashion. This is a good opportunity to honor the work of our students, as creators and artists, but at the same time to celebrate our success as the largest non-public education institution in the region”, said Olluri.

The Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Fitim Aliu, in his speech noted about the many activities that are expected to be carried out within the festival, such as workshops, fashion shows, exhibitions, etc.

He also announced that this year the award will be given to students with the most successful works during the festival, named after the late Shyqri Nimani, to honor his life and work as a professor and former dean of the Faculty of Arts at AAB College.

During the official opening of PAAF 2024, there were artistic performances by the students in singing and dancing, and then the guests visited the student exhibitions in order to see the premises with their special works.
