In the Chamber Theater of AAB College, the first event that opens the series of discussions “In the sphere of the mind” with the title “Mind towards success” was held.

The professors of the Faculty of Psychology, Arvesa Studenica and Arlinda Gashi, opened this discussion with the students of AAB College, while they brought their knowledge in the field of mental health and talked about various issues such as: the definition of sanity, mechanisms for managing emotional states, inspiration, goal setting, the importance of a positive mindset, etc.

The focus of the discussion was on empowering young people to overcome challenges and build the mindset that leads to professional and personal success.

“Success Mindset” created the space for inspiration and had a profound impact on the participants.
