The Faculty of Dentistry has opened today the International Congress of Dentistry “Prishtina Dental Weekend”, in the second edition of the series where trainings, presentations and lectures with international guests will be offered.

The Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Astrit Kuçi, at the opening of the congress, said that such initiatives continue to emphasize the role of students in this faculty, as they will have the opportunity to present their works to prestigious names in this field.

The Vice-Rector of AAB College, Shemsedin Vehapi, expressed his great honor with the participation of those present in this congress, while adding that they will continue in the future to organize such events and activities that are of great importance for an educational institution.

Then the first sessions continued where topics such as: Diagnosis and treatment of craniomandibular dysfunction, challenges of restoration of aesthetics in anterior areas, hardness and density of conventional and monolithic zirconium after sintering, etc., were discussed.

The Congress will continue on 6 and 7 May 2023, with further sessions by British, Spanish experts and students with their chosen presentations.
