World Autism Day is marked with a panel discussion at AAB

On April 2, in the framework of World Autism Day, a panel discussion was held organized by the Faculty of Psychology at AAB College, led by Dean Naim Telaku.

The panel was attended by: Salie Osmankaq from the Ministry of Education, who heads the Division for the Education of Children with Special Needs, Jeta Deva from the National Autism Association in Kosovo, Albin Dilani, a young person dealing with autism, and Mimoza Kuqi, a professor at AAB College.

During the discussion, various topics were addressed such as: the importance of early diagnosis, the inclusion of children with autism in education and the challenges they face.

The panelists emphasized the importance of support and inclusive policies, in order to have an open and equal society for all.

This event served as a step towards strengthening solidarity and creating an environment as open as possible for people on the autism spectrum.
