Today at AAB College, the promotion of the book “Professional development of teachers in the context of the lifelong education paradigm” was held, authored by the professor of the Faculty of Social Sciences Arbërore Berisha – Bicaj.

In a panel composed of the author and reviewers of the book: Bardhyl Musai and Selim Mehmeti, the contribution of this book to the educational community and its compatibility with contemporary developments was highly appreciated.

This book helps students of education, teachers who teach relevant issues, and those in pre-university education who benefit from and undergo the process of continuous professional development.

The reviewers of the book, Bardhyl Musai and Selim Mehmeti, congratulating the author, expressed the importance of the book as it brings very relevant information to the subject and the educational community in general. They also added that the book includes many factors while also identifying the problems encountered in the professional development of teachers along with the steps to follow for improvements.
