Naim Telaku

Dean

Naim Telaku earned his Doctor of Applied Medical Sciences degree from the Medical University of Vienna in 2018. Prior to that, he completed a Master’s degree in Neurocognitive Psychology at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, while his undergraduate studies in Political Science and Psychology were completed in Pristina. Currently, Mr. Telaku serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology at AAB College. He has previously served as President of the Association of Professional Psychologists of Kosovo, Co-Chair of the Committee for Licensing Clinical Psychologists within the Ministry of Health of Kosovo, as well as one of the representatives of the clinical psychology community within the Kosovo Medical Chamber.

In 2013, Mr. Telaku co-founded the UNI Clinical Psychological Ambulance, where he continues to provide daily therapeutic sessions. As a lecturer, he has taught at the University of Pristina and various private universities in the country. His teaching areas primarily include clinical and counseling psychology, psychotherapy, and neuroscience, while his research interests focus on the philosophy of neuroscience, evolutionary psychology, and the intersections between psychology, philosophical perspectives, and exact sciences. He is also the author of two individual books: Ouroboros (2015) and Placenta (2017).
