Ardian Sallauka, born on June 25, 1991, in Budakovë, Kosovo, is a PhD candidate in Language Teaching at the University “St. Clement of Ohrid” in Bitola. With over a decade of experience in higher education and university administration, he currently works as an English Lecturer at AAB College in Prishtina and as the Project Coordinator of the Erasmus+ WB-Edu4Migration initiative.
His academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Prishtina (2014), followed by a Master’s degree in English Language from AAB College, where he graduated with distinction (2019). His teaching and research interests include language pedagogy, applied linguistics, and bilingual education, with a particular focus on curriculum development and education policy in transitional contexts.
Over the years, Ardian has held various positions at AAB College, including Senior Administrative Assistant to the Steering Council, Executive Assistant to the Rector, and University Teaching Assistant, gaining extensive experience in academic management, project coordination, and institutional development. He has actively participated in national and international conferences, delivered guest lectures, and taken part in Erasmus+ teaching mobilities across the Western Balkans.
