Vrullim Buja

Dean

Prof. Ass. Dr. Vrullim Buja was born on May 21, 1992 in Prishtina, where he completed his primary and secondary education at the “Sami Frashëri” Gymnasium, Social Sciences Department (2007–2010). In 2014, he graduated in the “Business Studies (Accounting & Finance)” department at CITY College – International Faculty of the University of Sheffield in Thessaloniki, Greece. In 2016, he completed his master’s studies at the same institution in the “Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations” department (https://york.citycollege.eu/). On December 6, 2019, he completed his doctoral studies in Political Science at the South East European University – Tetovo (https://www.seeu.edu.mk), where he specialized in research methodology, public policy analysis and comparative politics.

Prof. Buja’s academic experience began in 2016 as an assistant of the subjects: Management, Promotion, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship & SME and Strategic Management at AAB College. Since March 2020, he has been engaged as a full-time lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Public Administration, where he lectures on subjects such as: Leadership, Management, European Economic Integration and Basics of Statistics. Since October 2023, he has been appointed Dean of the Faculty of Public Administration.

In the period 2018–2019 he was a teacher at The British School of Kosova, where he taught the subjects: Economics for grades 11 and 12 as well as Interpersonal Skills. He also has managerial experience in the private sector as Financial and Marketing Manager at “Barrio-B” Lounge Bar (2014–2018), and Business Manager at N.T.SH “Tregu” in Drenas (2008-2014).

He is married, has two children and lives in Prishtina.
