With the aim of strengthening the role of students, increasing extracurricular activities, and enriching student life, the Office for Project Development at AAB College announces this call for student projects. The main theme for the academic year 2025/2026 is “Promoting Peace through Volunteering and Community Service”, emphasizing the importance of building positive relationships, mutual assistance, and participation in social projects. However, proposals in other areas that may improve student life and experience are also welcome.
Through student projects, applicants are expected to achieve at least one of the following objectives:
O1: Increase student participation in voluntary activities, especially projects that support the community.
O2: Enhance students’ knowledge and skills related to community service.
O3: Promote awareness of diversity and foster an open and inclusive environment for all students.
O4: Encourage active student engagement in extracurricular activities.
O5: Strengthen collaboration among students within and across different faculties.
O6: Foster an inclusive culture by enabling students to join clubs that reflect their interests.
Each project must have a clear goal and align with the objectives of this call. With this focus, AAB College expresses its commitment to supporting and financing student projects that serve as sources of inspiration and positive change within the student environment and the wider community.

All AAB College students are eligible to apply. Each project must have one student project leader and at least three student members. Applicants must:
Each student group must secure the support of one (1) professor who will serve as a Mentor throughout the project implementation. The standard compensation for Mentors for each project is €150. The primary responsibilities of the Mentor are to support students during the project implementation by providing information, facilitating access to AAB College resources, reviewing promotional materials for the project, or offering any other assistance necessary for the successful execution of the project. The Mentor must sign Annex II – “Mentor Confirmation” as evidence of their willingness to mentor the student group in the project implementation.
Students will have the opportunity to apply for support for a maximum period of six (6) months. The maximum budget requested for funding under this call for a grant must not exceed €1,000, of which €150 is allocated as the standard expense for the project Mentor. The total budget available for this call is €3,000. AAB College reserves the right not to utilize the entire available amount if it determines that the applications do not meet the specified criteria.

Complete applications, in terms of the required documentation, will be evaluated by the Grant Evaluation Team (GET). The team will assess the applications based on the following criteria:
