Within the framework of the academic activities of the Faculty of Social Sciences of AAB College, a webinar was successfully held on the topic: “The use of the mother tongue in early childhood”, held by Dr. Rrezarta Avdyli, a specialist with extensive experience in the field of psychology and education.
Dr. Avdyli currently lives and works in Spain, where she is part of the Neurofunción Polyclinic and a collaborator at UNIR University.
Prof. Rrezarta Avdyli discussed the importance of language use in early childhood education, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive approach that integrates cognitive, social and cultural aspects. She emphasized the role of educators in promoting language development through personalized teaching methods and the use of technology.
She also mentioned the importance of multilingualism and ecosystems in cognitive development, highlighting the challenges and benefits of such an approach. While touching on the complexities of language processing, including neurocognitive and semantic aspects, and the need for continuous professional development for educators.
The webinar was characterized by a high level of interactivity with the attendees, where students, professors and all interested parties posed questions and comments that further enriched this webinar.
