The Faculty of Health Sciences of AAB College, has held an awareness-raising activity at “Zahir Pajaziti” Square in Prishtina, on the occasion of International Diabetes Day.
Citizens showed great interest by participating in free glycemia measurements, BMI determination and healthy lifestyle counseling by students of the Faculty of Nursing.
During the activity, informative and educational leaflets were also distributed, with the aim of raising awareness about the prevention and management of diabetes.
Students under the supervision of Ass. Shenaj Mumini and Ass. Valentina Demaj, performed professional services, contributing to the health education of the community and their practical development.
AAB College continues to support initiatives that promote public health and the engagement of students in activities with impact in the community.
