AAB College has organized a two-day Training of Trainers (ToT) training within the framework of the WB-Edu4Migration project, funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program.
The training took place over two days and brought together academic staff with the aim of building capacities in the planning, design and evaluation of micro-credentials.
On the first day, basic approaches to the concept of micro-credentials, their characteristics and the importance they are taking in contemporary education were offered.
While on the second day, participants worked on organizing the materials provided by WP3, defining learning outcomes and course structure, as well as developing teaching activities.
This training provided important opportunities for cooperation and capacity building for universities in the region, marking an important step towards advancing innovative and flexible learning pathways for students.
