As part of the course “Business Law – E-Commerce,” led by Prof. Albana Pasjaqa, students of the Faculty of Law attended a lecture delivered by Ms. Igballe Rexha Jashari, Director of the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (ARBK).
During her presentation, Ms. Jashari provided an analysis of the legal procedures regulating the registration of business entities in Kosovo, emphasizing practical aspects of the process, the main challenges faced by entrepreneurs, and the importance of ARBK in promoting economic development and formalizing the local market.
Students actively participated in the discussion, asking questions related to business start-ups, legal approaches to the digital economy, and opportunities available for young people in the local market.
