Student project “ClinexA” presented: An innovative platform for clinic management

29 June 2026

Students from the Faculty of Computer Science have presented their student project, “ClinexA”, a modern clinic management platform developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Dentistry.

The project aims to create an integrated system that streamlines the day-to-day management of a clinic by bringing administrators, healthcare professionals, and patients together on a single platform. The system enables appointment scheduling, secure storage of patient medical records, communication between patients and doctors, and the efficient management of healthcare data in a secure and well- organized environment.

“ClinexA” was developed over a six-month period by students Bledion Mehmeti, Arber Tahiri, Amar Pantina, and Eron Istogu, under the mentorship of Engin Melekoglu.

On this occasion, the Rector of AAB College, Prof. Blerim Olluri, praised the students’ dedication and commitment, emphasizing that projects such as this demonstrate the potential of young people to develop practical solutions to real-world societal challenges.

The project mentor, Engin Melekoglu, highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in the development of the platform, commending the students’ commitment, creativity, and professionalism throughout the entire development process.

Meanwhile, Arta Musollaj, Project Officer, congratulated the team on their work and achievements, describing the project as a successful example of student engagement and innovation.

The project was implemented through the Student Project Grants provided by the AAB College Project Office, an initiative designed to support students’ creative ideas and projects with strong development potential.
